Regina Mehler is a marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience. She began working in marketing management at Access Computer, later moving to Avid Technology, and ARRI Film & TV in Munich, before joining Chordiant Software Central Europe, where she played a core role in establishing Chordiant as a leading brand in the market for customer relationship management software.

Mehler’s career then took an international turn when she was hired as Director Marketing Central/Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS by Siebel Systems, where she was responsible for marketing in 15 countries. Her tasks at Siebel included defining and rolling out the go-to-market model for established and emerging countries. She also founded the Siebel Executive Network in Europe, a network of C-level executives from leading IT companies, including Microsoft, Intel and Hewlett-Packard.

From January 2006 until 2008, she was Vice President Corporate Marketing Strategy, heading the Marketing division at Software AG in Darmstadt, and in April 2006 was appointed to Software AG’s corporate executive committee. In 2008, her success in rebranding Software AG was honored with the European Corporate Design Award in Gold.

In March 2008, Regina Mehler joined Adobe Systems, where she is responsible for marketing strategy in Central Europe. She is the author of the book “The Phoenix Effect”, an executive’s guide to innovation management and marketing, published by Allitera Verlag. She also set up the WOMEN SPEAKER FOUNDATION, a network formed to get women with something to say onto the conference stage.
